Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.

PAYMENT

Cuff ApS receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We do not charge card fees.

DELIVERY

Cuff ApS strives to send orders within 1-4 days after ordering. We ship to all of Denmark. Items will be delivered to a parcel shop closest to the delivery address specified when ordering. We only deliver abroad, the Faroe Islands and Greenland by agreement. Your item (s) will be shipped via GLS.

Items are delivered every weekday. Your item (s) will be delivered 2-5 business days after ordering.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must complain in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Shipments are not received per. cash on delivery.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.

When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 30-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop. Items with engraving can not be returned.

The period is calculated from that day:

- Where you receive the order.

Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several rounds.

Gets the last batch, or last part in physical possession, when it comes to agreement of delivery of goods consisting of several lots / parts.

The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a certain period.

Return costs must be covered. We will refund the amount once we have received the item.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given per. mail to info@cuffcph.dk or by using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

WITHDRAWAL OF A PART OF THE PURCHASE

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

GOODS EXCEPT THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

Products that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch, including engraving.

RETURN

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of return until the item is received. The return costs will be reimbursed. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

STATE OF PRODUCT WHEN RETURNING
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and how it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to that described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amounts returned, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore try out the item without actually using it.

The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you send the item back in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the item's value.

REFUND
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, get the amount you have paid refunded.
In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us proof of returning it.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel. No. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Cuff ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data responsible for cuffcph.dk is Cuff ApS.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to correct it. In some cases, we must delete your data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your data is being processed in violation of the law.
